Description
Original 70s Marion Donaldson skirt suit. Fully lined cotton mid to maxi length skirt in red, terracotta and blue floral and paisley print. Topped with beautifully crafted, royal blue cotton cord jacket, bound and trimmed to match skirt. Nehru collar, puff shoulders, fabric covered buttons and finished with ribbon waist tie.
Condition: good vintage condition, loose threads on a couple of buttons (see photos). Spare button inside jacket.
Sizing: labelled size 10 but best fit modern size 6/8: – Jacket: shoulders seam to seam 12”, pit to pit 16”, waist 26”, shoulder to waist 15.5”, sleeve 25”, cuff circumference 8” – Skirt: waist 24”, length 27”
