In fine pleat viscose chiffon with delicate floral and feather design. 40’s style shoulders and upper bodice, finished with covered buttons and neck tie. Empire waistline flowing in to ruffled tiers to long midi / maxi length. Ballon sleeves with pin tuck details and shirred, ruffled cuffs. Comes with detachable black viscose underslip.
